The Simple Weigh
Their tale of the Hartlepool Grinch and the Monkey won over voters. The Monkey made a stand to save the environment and help reduce plastic waste, just like the wonderful folks at The Simple Weigh, whose Zero Waste policy is a big hit with local shoppers. We think this family run store deserves a gold star for imagination.
Everyone in Hartlepool liked Christmas a lot
But the Hartlepool Grinch did not
He wanted to steal Christmas but the monkey had other ideas
“You can’t have Christmas without plastic”
sneered the Grinch,
“You can if you shop at The Simple Weigh,”
declared the monkey,
And with a flick of his tail, knocked the grinch, back to his cave.
With their eye-catching, cheeky Grinch trying to steal the star off their Christmas tree, and the Monkey having none of it, we hope you agree that they went all out with the festive cheer and put together a stunning display. Well done!
