Local eco warrior, Lesley Mulcahy, is revolutionising the way we shop by taking us back to the days before pre-packaged foods and cleaning products took over our shelves. The idea is simple, weigh out and pay for what you need. Less plastic, less waste and a visit to the Simple Weigh is always met with a friendly face!
We met Lesley at the Gemini Centre store, and were greeted with a fantastic sense of community, as well as by a local beekeeper and his bees, visiting for the day to entertain and educate kids and grown ups alike!
Why did you start your business?

I love our teas, the loose leaf, and my favourite is Ginger and Lemongrass. I also love a bag of lentil chips.
